What we do

From site capture to project insight.

Build a structured visual history of your project instead of relying on scattered photographs, messages and changing document versions.

01 — CAPTURE

Capture

Digitally capture your project at regular intervals using 360° visual documentation.

  • Walls & finishes
  • Fixtures & services
  • Installations & spaces
02 — DOCUMENT

Document

Turn each capture into a time-stamped digital record accessible remotely.

  • Interactive virtual tour
  • Spatial documentation
  • Searchable project history
03 — COMPARE

Compare

Compare the current site with previous captures and, where available, the planned design.

  • Previous → Current
  • As Planned → As Executed
  • Visible changes
04 — REPORT

Report

Receive a clear visual progress package that can be shared across the project team.

  • Progress evidence
  • Stakeholder reporting
  • Project records
Built for fit-outs

Residential & commercial interiors.

Designed around the needs of fast-moving projects, multiple trades and stakeholders who need a consistent visual reference.

Residential Interior Fit-Outs

From apartments and homes to high-end renovations and multi-residential interiors.

  • Owners — remote visibility and milestone records
  • Architects & designers — design-to-site comparison
  • Builders — objective progress evidence
  • Estimators, procurement & accounts — visual support for progress and commercial discussions

Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

For offices, retail, hospitality and other commercial interiors with changing layouts and multiple trades.

  • Owners & developers — consistent project visibility
  • Architects & designers — execution against design intent
  • Builders & turnkey contractors — shared visual truth
  • Estimators, procurement & commercial teams — progress and installation evidence

Planned vs executed

Don’t just ask whether it’s progressing. See whether it’s progressing as planned.

Where drawings, 3D models or BIM data are available, captured site conditions can be compared with the planned design.

COMPARISON

Visualise differences, progress and areas requiring attention.

Why progress monitoring?

Less uncertainty. Better visibility.

Reduce uncertainty

Know what has changed since the last visit.

Improve communication

Give everyone a shared visual reference.

Catch issues earlier

Identify visible differences and incomplete areas sooner.

Reduce site visits

Review documented site conditions remotely when an in-person visit isn't necessary.

Protect project records

Maintain a chronological visual record from start to completion.

Support commercial decisions

Use visual evidence alongside schedules, claims, procurement and cost information.

Monitoring options

Designed around your project.

Fortnightly Monitoring

A cost-effective option for projects that don't require weekly documentation.

Ideal for
  • Residential renovations
  • Apartment fit-outs
  • Commercial interiors
  • Longer construction programs

Typical output
  • 360° site capture
  • Interactive virtual tour
  • Point cloud
  • Current vs previous comparison
  • Progress documentation
Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

How often should a project be scanned?+
Weekly or fortnightly monitoring is generally suitable for active fit-out projects. The ideal frequency depends on the construction program, project size and the level of visibility required.
How large can a project be?+
Projects up to approximately 25,000 sq ft can be offered under the standard package, with larger projects quoted according to site size and complexity.
What do I receive after each capture?+
Depending on the selected package, deliverables can include an interactive virtual tour, point cloud, visual progress comparison, 3D/BIM comparison and a project progress report.
Can you compare my BIM or 3D model with the site?+
Yes. Where suitable BIM/3D model information is provided, the captured site can be compared with the planned model to support visualisation of planned versus executed conditions.
Do you replace a building survey or inspection?+
No. This service is designed for visual documentation and construction progress monitoring. It does not replace a licensed surveyor, engineer, building inspector or other regulated professional where their services are required.
